Hello, you are bidding on a rare WWI-WWII German patriotic issue officer's letter opener paper knife. Original novelty KS-98 dress dagger. Made of brass handle with ebony grips and carbon steel blade (not sharp). Completely nickel plated. The letter opener without markings but unmistakable German made.  It is very good preserved with minor curves on blade insignificant but must be pointed. Easy to be fixed. Originate from Private collection in Frankfurt.
