TELECAST TR6292-EA SDI-HDSDI <--> Fiber Optic Transceiver

Description

This listing is for a Telecast Fiber Systems TR6292-EA module. This module is capable of transmitting and receiving HD-SDI simultaneously via individual legs of fiber optic cable. The front of the unit has an SDI monitor connection that can be assigned at the press of a button to monitor either the signal being transmitted or received by the module. Signals being transmitted via fiber can also be monitored via the SDI loop-thu located next to the HD-SDI input on the rear of the unit. Conversely, signals being received by fiber can be distributed from two HD-SDI connectors as well as the monitor output on the front panel. The unit can be used in a Viper II rack or as a free-standing unit with a 10 to 18 volt wall-wart power supply.
