Scottie Dog Sitting on a Ruler Letter Opener

Description

This Grey Metal Scotty is sitting on the handle of the Letter Opener.  The Blade is like a ruler.  He measures approximately 8 3/4" long.  The Scottie is in good condition.  The Blade
has use and age wear and a little rust on the back the Scottie is.  The ruler part could be polished a little. See Photos.
