    DESCRIPTION: Early American Pattern Glass. Beautiful old early glass large mug. Applied handle. Early Flint glass mug with a Gothic type pattern. The bottom has 3 mold marks which have voids on the bottom where it was pulled from the mold (not chips). The 3 mold marks go up the side of the mug only about 3/4" and not all the way to the top. There are several bubbles and strw marks in the glass from the making. With the style and applied handle, I would date this to the 1850s or 1860s. Antique. Over 100 years old. Good condition for age. Slightest gray tint to glass. Has a tiny edge flake on upper outer rim.
