Description
Seller: Alley-AntiquesDESCRIPTION: Early American Pattern Glass. Beautiful old early glass large mug. Applied handle. Early Flint glass mug with a Gothic type pattern. The bottom has 3 mold marks which have voids on the bottom where it was pulled from the mold (not chips). The 3 mold marks go up the side of the mug only about 3/4" and not all the way to the top. There are several bubbles and strw marks in the glass from the making. With the style and applied handle, I would date this to the 1850s or 1860s. Antique. Over 100 years old. Good condition for age. Slightest gray tint to glass. Has a tiny edge flake on upper outer rim. Several bubbles and straw marks in glass from making. 3 mold marks on bottom with in the making voids from where it was pulled from the mold. Heavy foot wear. Beautiful hard to find example. Guaranteed over 100 years old. Measures about 5 1/2" tall. Heavy weighing about 2 lbs. (1 lb. 15.9 oz.). Shipping total includes insurance and Delivery Confirmation. .

Payment must clear before pick-up or shipping of an item. We need to hear from the high bidder within 2 days of auction end. Payment needs to arrive within 2 days after the auction, or we reserve the right to sell to the second highest bidder or relist the item, unless prior arrangement has been made. We usually ship 3 to 5 days after payment clears. All items sold as-is where-is. We are only responsible for the item while in our possession. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. We will pack all items VERY WELL with bubble wrap and peanuts(furniture will be packed by the shipper). That is why ALL of the items purchased require insurance. In the unlikely event an item is damaged or lost by the mail/shipper we will work with you to help you file your claim, but the settlement will be between you and the carrier. Buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements on furniture items. We do have the phone number/email address of a couple of good shippers and will forward this if needed.
