You are buying a
1 3/4” tall miniature mug/toothpick in what I believe is SANDWICH GLASS Boston Sandwich Co. mid 19th century.  This piece does have a flint ring when tapped. This is a 3 part mold. There is a bubble in the glass at top rim which shows in photograph.
The
condition is very good
no chips, no cracks or sick glass. There is a bubble visible on the top ring and one tiny black impurity near bottom of handle.
