This is for a Native American Multi Stone Inlay Letter Opener NIB. This was purchased in New Mexico at a trading post. The inlay handle is made up of multi-stones: lapis, malachite, coral & turquoise. It measures 8 1/2"L & the stone top is 2" of stone . It's very ornate & a real nice piece.
