    Gray industries SMPTE Code Transmitter Model No. DT-113–Timecode Device
    SMPTE Time Code Transmitter
    DT-113. SMPTE Edit Code is generated from a master clock which may be selected for DROP FRAME count by a front panel switch. User Bits may be inserted from a parallel 32 line input. TIME or USER BITS can be displayed on a 8-Digit hexadecimal readout. The master clock may be reset or loaded to a time on a 8-Digit thumb wheel switch. The clock can be stopped by a HOLD button. The clock and transmitter can be synchronized to the 60hz line or to video / sync frames. Code starts within the HNSI spec. (1 H-Line in the Vertical Interval). The clock can be synchronized to the color burst phase for odd or even frame count when the sub-carrie is tin phase
