The Eccotemp FVI12 Tankless Water Heater, with it's sleek/compact design and digital temperature display, is great for any small home, cabin or apartment.  This heater offers a 45  to 80 degree Fahrenheit temperature rise range, with 45 degree rise at water flow capacity of 4.0 GPM (gallons per minute).  W
ater temperature adjustments can be made on the front of the unit using the water flow and gas pressure knobs

Ready to install right out of the box with the included stainless steel horizontal vent kit and wall thimble.  The safe, electronic ignition system plugs into standard 120v electrical outlet and uses either propane or natural gas (depending on selected model) to instantly heat water as it passes through the heater unit.  Uses gas only when hot water is on.

Note:  The FVI12 has been tested for use at elevations up to 2,000 feet.  Performance may be effected between 2,000 and 5,000 feet, and use above 5,000 feet is not recommended.  Cannot be used for hydronic system, recirculating or floor heating nor be used with a bilge pump.
