    Description

    Antique, pressed Flint glass and metal American whale oil lamp
    made during the mid 19th century.
    This piece was made between 1840 and 1860. The lamp is done in a classic form with paneled font and bulbous paneled base on a square block, and the metal top portion is threaded to add the vintage Queen Anne brass burner. Includes a fine vintage clear chimney.
    This is a great quality piece.
    This lamp is in great condition for its age. Some bubbles and straw marks.
    Presents with some very minor chipping at base corners. Presents very well.
    The lamp measures 9 1/8 inches tall to collar, 11 in. H to top of burner.
    Chimney measures 10-1/8 in. H x 3.5 in. Diameter
    Assembled, the lamp measures 20 inches H
