    Description

Offered for sale is a wonderful antique EAPG flint glass creamer manufactured by New England Glass during the mid 1800s.  The creamer is in the Ashburton pattern and it displays a honeycomb style pattern with circular foot and an applied glass handle.  The creamer has a smooth polished pontil mark on the bottom, and overall it stands about 6" tall to the top of the handle.
The overall condition of the creamer is excellent.  There are no chips or cracks other than a possible heatcheck in the handle.  The clarity of the glass is excellent with no cloudiness and the inside is clean.  You can expect to fine the standard imperfections associated with older glass to include airbubbles, strawmarks, inclusions, etc.  This is a beautiful example of an early piece of glass!
