Antique 1800's letter opener from Meurer Abstract Company Accuracy And Promptness Pawnee, Oklahoma.
The letter opener looks to be copper with wear from use making some of the edges look like an old penny.
I'm guessing by the style this opener is from the late 1800's and since the company opened up in 1893.
The opener measures approximately 8" in length.
