ALMEX - GRECO THERMOFORMER 57 x 129 ... Dual Tray Shuttle Thermoforming Press.
Machine was up and running until last month and is now palletized, ready to ship.
Application: Affordable solution for 3D lamination of vinyl products (flexible and rigid vinyls, Kydex; polystyrene etc) works without membrane, hydraulics or pneumatic cylinders - ALMEX -GRECO incorporates the use of vacuum below the film and Infrared (IR) heating inside the hood chamber with aluminum reflector.
Specifications:Dual Shuttle Tray System (manual) for loading and unloading, 57" x 129" shuttle tray outside dimension; 48" x 120" max. pressed component size.
Max. working thickness (Panel + Pedestal) 1.75". min., foil width 57".
IR Heating system provides constant heat using 375W "DuraLamp" heating elements and a non-contact IR sensor to monitor the actual film temperature throughout the cycle.
Vacuum tables fabricated from perforated zinc plated steel plate. Press frame made from formed structural steel fro stability/durability.•BUSCH approx. 2 HP vacuum pump creates nearly full vacuum of 14 PSI (29 in Hg)
Features:  Intermediate flange with a proprietary extruded silicone seal allows thermoforming with or without a membrane.
Controls:  Free-standing operator interface control cabinet with PLC, color monitor, vacuum gage, indicator light with alarm, Cycle start/end. Switches for PLC on/off and heaters on/off.
Complete With:(1) Foil Storage/Dispensing Cart, portable with (6) positions.
