    Description

    Offered for sale is a nice lot of (5) antique assorted colorless lacy flint glass cup plates manufactured during the early 1800s.  The lot includes Lee Rose numbers:
    339- 2nd Transition Period 3 3/16"; 96 even scallops
    465-J- Hearts & Knot 3 1/2", 48 even scallops
    636- Maid of the Mist 3 7/16"
    665-A- Eagle & Stars 3 7/16"; 12 stippled scallops w/points between
    670-A- Eagle w/Shield 3 7/16"; 24 bullseye scallops w/points between
    All are originals and have been tested to ensure they ring true.  Each has been measured and the scallops have been counted to ensure accuracy.
    The overall condition of the lot is very good.  You can expect to find standard small chips, flakes, and nicks to the scallops/edge.  The clarity of each is excellent and the impressed pattern details are sharp.  You can also expect to find the standard imperfections associated with older glass to include airbubbles, strawmarks, inclusions, etc.
