1. Upper tooling Table
:
used for deep draw female plugging; offers better distribution of plastic gauges and
pinching outer edges for secure vacuum seal on heavy gauges,  can be used with plywood grid for the part
separation to eliminate webbing on closely arranged tools
2. Rear production roll stock holder:
recommended for light gauge plastics up to .60 or less, this feature offers
controlled material handling for  production, where light gauges are problematic due to rigidity; recommended for
packaging, trays, insert, and li
ght gauge operations
3. Heater controllers:
PLC 7 zone independent percentage can be added, standard controllers are coupled to a
well-designed heat source. The design offers higher wattage to outer perimeters and is control by one variable
percentage unit; with size down switch options
