Rebuilt 3.5” 24 to 1 Davis Standard Extruder 480/3/60
Control Panel housing the following:
1. New Digital auto tune temperature controllers, QTY (5) HEAT/ONLY barrel zones, QTY (3) HEAT/ONLY die zones, including Crydom 90 amp Solid State relays, circuit breaker protection, new wiring and new thermocouples.
2. New Motor STOP/START Station, New Digital screw RPM and Motor Amp Displays and new ten turn potentiometer.
3. 75 HP AC Motor, used Reliance Electric Heavy Duty Motor
4. 75 HP AC Motor Control New Surplus
5. Used 6 KVA General Electric 480 VAC to 230 VAC transformer for die power.
6. Heat only machine Cast Aluminum Barrel Heaters wired and tuned for 480 VAC
7. New Gefran Pressure Monitor alarm audible 1st alarm, and second alarm, motor circuit shut down.
8. New Surplus Digital Melt Temperature & Pressure Display Gefran 40TB
9. Pressure Transducer 0 - 500 psi or 0-1,000 psi
10. Main Disconnect 150A or similar
11. Motor control disconnect
12. New Surplus ABB or Eaton Breakers throughout machine for circuit protection
13. Qty (1) 1 kVA Transformers for 110 VAC Blowers, Qty (1) 250 VA for controls
14. Qty (3) receptacles for adaptors and die heater power
Mechanical Specifications and Hardware include the Following:
1. 24 to 1 Bi-metallic barrel reconditioned and honed
2. 24 to 1 Screw rebuilt to fit barrel
3. Steel Hopper Approximately 300 lbs Capacity with shut off
4. Davis Standard Gearbox rated for 124 HP catalog rating with 1.5 S.F.
5. Gearbox is inspected and seals are replaced
6. Machine geared approx 0-117 Screw RPM /similar depending on Harodite needs
7. Steel Guards
8. Motor is belt driven with adjustment
9. Barrel covers with New Insulation.
10. Entire Machine completely disassembled rebuilt and repainted.
11. Machine is painted AMS Industrial Tan
12. Includes simple 1 part barrel flange with heater, thermocouple and threaded nozzle valued at about ,500.
Heated hose not included and TBD. Heated hose 2’ with 1”ID cost approx. 0 if necessary TBD.
