100-yr-old Letter Opener "Southern Woman's Magazine" "Nashville". This is a rare antique, Very little is available on the internet about this magazine. It was first published in 1913. You can own a piece of U. S. woman's history. The letter opener itself is used, it is no longer perfectly straight. Imagine it was used for everything form driving screws to prying open cans and doors. The handle could be Bake-o-lite or ivory, don't know. It is printed with "Southern Woman's Magazine" and "Nashville" on both sides of the handle. The metal itself does have rust spots.  If you want something for your desktop or office that will have everyone asking questions -- this is it!!!!
